Software licences are purchased directly by you — typically NZD $30–50/month. Readiness Review fee is credited in full if you proceed to any implementation package within 90 days. All packages can be set up for the specialist directly or for a practice manager, or both.

The specialists and practice managers we work with are precise, risk-aware, and have no tolerance for ambiguity about data. These are the things we say upfront — every time.
AI tools do not make clinical decisions and they don't change your obligations. Every draft produced by an AI tool must be reviewed by you before it is used. We build your setup to make that review easy — not to bypass it.
All setups are limited to approved non-clinical workflows. No patient records, clinical notes, or identifiable information are used at any stage — including during demonstrations or training sessions. This is non-negotiable.
Health information carries strict obligations under NZ law. The Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code both apply. If a proposed workflow creates exposure we can't mitigate, we will say so clearly and decline to implement it.
We do not integrate with or modify practice management systems such as Medtech or Indici. AI tools work alongside your existing systems for non-clinical administrative tasks only.
Each package has a defined scope and a short bedding-in window for minor fixes. After that, the engagement is complete. There is no open-ended helpdesk or managed IT service unless specifically agreed.

No. Not in the initial setup, and not at any stage without a separate written review — which in practice means almost certainly no. All workflows are designed to operate entirely without patient-identifiable information.
No. We do not integrate with clinical systems such as Medtech, Indici, or any other PMS. The setup works on your desktop and approved file locations — entirely separate from clinical infrastructure.

Because occasional AI use is not the same as a safe, bounded, practice-specific setup. Ad hoc prompting creates inconsistency and — in a health setting — real privacy risk. We audit what you're doing, remove what's unsafe, and rebuild it properly.
No. You provide the machine. If your hardware isn't suitable, we'll write a specification. The purchase, warranty, and support remain with you and your IT supplier.
